I wanted to make easy American-style cookies, so tried playing around with my Grandma's recipe. The cookies may seem too soft when you take them out of the oven, but this is what makes them so delicious! If you find yourself thinking 'hm, these still seem a bit undercooked', that's when you should take them out – you'll see what I mean once they cool down (takes about 10 minutes). Crispy Cut-Out Cookies That You Can Cut Right Away! Crispy Cut-Out Cookies That You Can Cut Right Away!
The dough for cookie cutter cookies usually has to be refrigerated for a while, but I wanted to make cookies quickly, so I tried several times and came up with these.Just mix very well. You can mix it like you are kneading! When you add cocoa powder, etc., don't worry about the amounts too much. Just add as much as you like If you mix with your hands, the dough might soften from the warmth of your hands, so I recommend mixing with a spatula or a spoon!
