Basic Curry Simmered in Yogurt

I created this dish because I don't like curry with potatoes or carrots.
If you think the taste is too rich, you can substitute 1/2 the amount of yogurt with tomato juice. I can't omit shishito peppers, even if I'm on a tight budget. I like adding 1/2 of a chopped celery stick. Recipe by Happa

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove the skin from the chicken and set aside. Chop the chicken into pieces, season with salt and pepper, and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Grate the onion, garlic, and ginger, and macerate in the chicken. Pour a mixture of the yogurt, curry powder, and ketchup. Add red hot peppers. Let sit for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Fry the skin to render the fat and remove from the pan. Briefly stir-fry the shishito peppers with the oil from the skin, and remove from the pan. Add the macerated chicken (excluding the sauce) to the pan, and briefly stir-fry. Add the sauce, shishito peppers, and consomme. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. When thickened, it's done.

Dry Curry with Summer Vegetables Dry Curry with Summer Vegetables
I arranged a recipe my mother taught me some years ago.If you have young children, make it mild by adding lots of ketchup. If you like it spicy, add Tabasco sauce.Note: I added flour to the ingredients list. It's fine without, but everything will blend together nicely if you use it. For 4 servings. Dry Curry Dry Curry
My husband wants to eat dry curry! So, here it is.It's all about stir-fry! And mix! Just be careful not to burn it.Make sure to use curry powder (S&B's red-can curry powder, for example) and not store-bought roux. If you use a roux or curry flakes, it becomes too dense. For about 4 servings. Recipe by Emurate cookpad.japan -
Chicken Curry Chicken Curry
My husband requested this dish so I tried it out. I managed to cook this in a short time -- it was surprisingly easy!-Please simmer the chicken until it becomes tender. Please skim off the scum!-I use spicy curry roux for my family. If you are using sweet curry roux, add ketchup to your liking.-I recommend adding heavy cream or coffee creamer to make the taste mild. Simple & Homemade Soup Curry Simple & Homemade Soup Curry
With kids it's difficult to find the time to go to a soup curry restaurant. So I tried making it at home, and it came out very tasty!!My husband asks me to make this about twice a month. There's a lot of ingredients, but you just add them all together so it's really simple. It maybe takes 30 minutes to make.If you don't add curry powder, it becomes even smoother.Cut back on the ketchup and vinegar for a less acidic, more mild taste. The chicken and soup can be frozen! It's better if you de-bone the chicken. For 2 servings. Recipe by Izumiuna cookpad.japan
