Who doesn't like "বিয়ে বাড়ির রেজালা"! It was my first attempt & everyone praised so very much! I should thank Umme for this mouthwatering Rezala which is even more tasty than biye bari! But make sure dont skip any step/ingredients! Bon appetit!

Heat ghee & oil in a cooking pot & add whole spices.

Add sliced onion & give it a glossy texture

Pour pastes & powder spices.
Cook until oil separates off the spice mixture. - 4
Mix meat & salt. Try not to add water at this stage. Cook 30 mins with a lid in a low flame.

Make a paste of prunes, nut, yogurt & fried onions in a mixing jar.
Add this paste to mutton curry.
Now add water (appx 2/3 cup, may differ to quality of meat) to tender the meat in a medium high flame - 6
When meat becomes soft & tender with a thick gravy; add green chillies, sugar & kewra water.

Enjoy this rich & savory dish with plain polao or nan/paratha!

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Fry them until soft.Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Saute' for 1 minute, reduce the heat to medium. Dry fish has a lot of salt.
