Place a large pot on the stove in medium high flame and grease it with butter/ghee.

Break in the vermicelli, doesn’t have to be fine but eyeball a maximum 1 inch per stick.

Constantly stir until roasted to a thin medium brown color.

Stir until bind is obvious.

Lower the flame and pour in condensed milk in half, fold it in and still keep stirring, then pour in the rest.

Keep stirring in a consistently low flame for a good bind, texture, and so that none of it gets burnt underneath.

Serve it on a dish and level it with a spatula.

Sprinkle crushed or sliced roast of almonds and pistachios.

Let cool and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until ready to serve.
