Place a strainer over a medium sized bowl and strain the flour and cocoa powder essentially because it later helps the brownie gain a smooth texture.

Add Sugar and baking powder to mix all dry ingredients together

Take a large bowl, preferably microwaveable, and cut butter of room temperature into it and also pour in the oil.

Grate a good amount of dark chocolate into the bowl and microwave it for 2 mins

Break 2 eggs into the melted mixture and add vanilla essence.

Add half of the dry mixture into the molten mixture and first fold in with a spatula then whisk. Once done, add the rest.

Use a hand beater to mix for your convenience, but a regular whisk does the job pretty well too.

Grease an oven dish or baking tray with butter/oil. Place a parchment paper on top.

Place the dish into your microwave with a lid on top, although not absolutely necessary.

The required time needed to bake depends on oven watt, but 3 minutes minimum, and 6 minutes maximum. It may be done within 3 minutes (since mine always is), but if not, check with a toothpick casually every 30 second.

Pour in your batter and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then level it with a spatula.

If you like it real fudge, double your butter and chocolate quantity and bake it for 30 seconds more microwave time.
