Savoury cheese crepe
One of my experiment on Christmas morning.

Chop green chilli, onion, coriander and sausage. Grate mozzarella cheese/ponir

Take flour, powdered milk, egg and salt in a bowl

Mix it until the batter is smooth

Heat 2 tsp oil on a pan. Pour 1/4 cup batter and cook over medium heat. Cook both sides.

Then on one side spread chopped green chilli, coriander, onion, sausage and cheese.

Then cover with lid for 1-2 min (until the cheese melts)

Serve with ketchup
