I learn this recipe from one of my Pakistani aunty. This was a must item at her house during Ramadan.

Wash the pepper. Then slit from the middle.

Mix chaat moshla with water. Make it thick. Grate ponir. Stuff the pepper with ponir and chaat moshla

For batter mix flour, cornstarch, black paper powder and salt with water. Make thik batter.

Dip the pepper in the batter and fry in deep oil
