The only ingredients aren't from my breakfast is baking powder and sweet corns 🤓🤟🏽🎉 #LRC

This was my half eaten breakfast one morning: bread with scrambled eggs and vegetables, mozzarella and a glass of milk...

Tear the breads into small pieces. Add as much milk as needed to make a paste. And the salt and 1 tap of baking powder

Add the veggies. For an extra flavor, I added pickled cucumbers...

Spray oil on the muffin trays. Add the mixture with a spoon and add a mozzarella ball on the top (I used it as a "gluing ingredient", it would melt and keep the muffin together when cool 😉)

Preheat the oven in 200°c and bake it for 20 minutes.

Cool it out of the oven. Enjoy with ajvar (which I tried for the first day day before yesterday!!recipe coming up soon 😉👍🏽🎉)
