Cara Membuat

Campur tepung, ragi, garam, dan gula, aduk rata. Masukkan air, aduk sampai halus lalu masukan telur,susu kental manis, aduk rata. Lalu masukkan mentega cair, aduk rata. Diamkan selama 20 menit

Setelah 20 menit, masukkan baking soda, aduk adonan sampai tercampur rata, lalu istirahatkan lagi selama 40 menit

Panaskan wajan anti lengket. Wajan harus benar-benar panas dan sudah merata panasnya. Tuang adonan kedalam wajan, besarkan api sebentar, lalu kecilkan. Masak hingga adonan berlubang

Setelah adonan berlubang, taburi gula. Tutup wajan lalu masak hingga adonan matang (kurang lebih 1-2 menit)

Angkat martabak, oleskan mentega cair lalu taburi topping, tambahkan susu kental manis. Lalu lipat martabak dan potong-potong. Sajikan hangat

Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix them together and then add the water in. Stir the batter until it's smooth then add egg and sweet condensed milk. Mix again and then add the melted butter. Mix the batter until it's smooth and has no lump. Then let it rest for 20 minutes

After 20 minutes, add baking soda to the batter, mix it well and let it rest for another 40 minutes

Heat a non-stick pan on a stove, make sure that the pan is evenly hot in all the surface. Pour the batter to the pan, and spread it on the surface, raise the heat for a bit and then reduce it. Cook until some little holes appear on the batter

Sprinkle sugar, close the pan with a lid then cook until it's ready (around 1-2 minutes)

Take the martabak out of the pan and move it to a big plate. Rub it with melted butter, add the topping and pour the sweet condensed milk. Fold the martabak and cut into smaller pieces. Serve it as a snack for tea or coffee time
