large or medium ripe tomatoes, depending on how much sauce you want • a red bell pepper, or 1 medium whole red bell pepper • garlic clove • small onion • chicken bouillon • Salt, to taste • water (about 355 ml)

Corn tortillas (I use day-old, but fresh ones work too) • Cheese • eggs • Tomato and onion (optional)
