Steps

Make a thick solution of gram flour adding all the ingredients and let it rest for 2 minutes.

Grease a 6" mold,pre-heat the pressure cooker for 5 minutes with 2 glass of water,transfer the batter in greased mold.

Put the pan in cooker stand,and put the lid off without whistle, for 10 to 15 minutes and check it after 10 minutes with knife.

Dhoklo is ready,cool it and demold,then take a pan with mustard oil,crackle the black mustard, curry leaves and green chilies. Very soft dhokla is ready.
