Cut capsicum, tomato, onion into medium pieces. In a kadai put refined oil and let it heat. Now add chopped capsicum,tomato and onion. Stir frequently. Put these on medium flame. After sometime add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Stir frequently. When capsicum will become tender, switch off the flame. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Now put these semi-cooked vegetables into a blender and make a smooth paste. After that put oil in kadai. Add mustard seeds,red chilli,hing,chana dal and urad dal. Let it roast for 2-3 minutes. Now put the paste in kadai and add salt. Mix it properly in low flame. After 3-4 minutes switch off the flame and lemon juice. Now your capsicum chutney is ready. Have this delicious chutney with rice,dosa,roti.
