Mix cornflour,refined flour,salt, bottlegourd,1/2 cup onion,1/4 spoon black pepper and 1 spoon of each sauce in a bowl

Mix water if required to form a dough.

Make small size balls and deep fry in hot oil

Take out on a plate

Heat 2 spoons oil in a wok and saute remaining onions and garlic

Mix remaining sauce,salt,black pepper and 1 cup water
- 7
Mix fried Manchurian balls and cook until the gravy thickens
- 8
Serve hot.
