Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBoiled chickpeas
  2. 1small tomato chopped
  3. 1small onion chopped
  4. 1/4 cupSpinach blanched and chopped
  5. 2 tbspBeetroot grated
  6. Black salt
  7. Red chilli
  8. 1 tspBhuna jeera
  9. 2 tbspButter/olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil

  2. 2

    Then onion and tomato

  3. 3

    Slightly cook veggies

  4. 4

    Now add spinach and chole

  5. 5

    Spices acc to taste

  6. 6

    Cook on low flame for 2 or 4 mins

  7. 7

    Serve with paneer cubes, beetroot and jeera on top
