1 cupsoaked soyabean chunks
1Onion roughly chopped
1Tomato roughly chopped
1Capsicum chopped
As neededOil for cooking
1 tbspBrown vinegar
1 tspSoy sauce
To tasteSalt
To tasteRed chilli
4 clovesGarlic
1 tbspKetchup
1 tspWhite sesame seeds

In a pan heat oil and add garlic

Add onion and capsicum and saute

Noe add soya chunks snd tomato
4

Add spices like salt chilli
5

And sauce like ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and cook on high flame for 2 min

Serve hot with sesame seeds on top
