Ingredients

250 grampaneer
2 tbspButter
1 cuponion roughly chopped
11/2 cuptomato roughly chopped
4/5garlic clove
1 inchginger pieces
3/4 cloves / long
4/5black pepper
3/4green elachi / green cardamom
2bay leaves
8-10cashew nuts
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspSalt
1 tbspcream / Malai

Cut paneer your desire shape.

Heat butter. Put whole spicy and onion, garlic saute, add tomato saute, add cashew nuts and chilli powder and salt. Cool. Grind. Make a fine paste.heat pyuri..put paneer pieces and cream...boil 5 minutes..serve with Nan and chapati.
