Wash leaf set aside wash beans blend beans with pepper shombo tatasha ginger and garlic

Slice or blend beef spice and stir fry

Spice fish cook when it's ready remove the bone and add blended beans along side stock and beef

Heat up vegetable oil and add to beans, add worm water spice well and wrap with leaf

Steam for 20-30 minutes and moi moi is ready
