Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppeanuts
  2. As requiredCoconut powder
  3. 1.50 cupsugar
  4. 0.25 cupwater
  5. 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the peanuts over a medium flame until crispy and powder them coarsely using a blender. Grease a plate with oil or ghee

    Take a saucepan add sugar water and cook until the sugar melts down completely. filter the sugar Syrup using a Muslin cloth to remove all the the impurities.

    In the same saucepan add the the filtered sugar syrup and bring to a a rolling boil. Add powered peanuts and cook until the peanut and sugar mixture becomes slightly thick. Turn off the heat and spread the peanut sugar mixture on a greased plate and allow to cool.

    When it is still warm cut them into the desired shapes and serve.
