Steps

First keep all veggiesready. Take nonstick stick pan.Heat oil add ginger garlic green chilli saute a little, add onion saute for one minute now add beans saute for a minute add carrot, cauliflower.,zucchini and again saute when half 3/4 done add capsicum and paneer saute again two minutes.

Now add salt and soya sauce chilli sauce and tomato sauce mix well not overcooked veggies it should be crunchy. Now mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and pour in the veggies,cook for two minutes on slow heat add celery and mix it.

Now dish out in a bowl and garnish with celery very yummy sweet and sour mix veggies is ready to be served and enjoy with roti kulcha or Parantha. I serve with masala poori,pindi chole and salad.You can use as starter as it is very delicious.

No need to add vinegar as sauces have vinegar in it so extra we don't need
