Steps

First of all crumble the vermicelli

Take a pan pour ghee in it & roast the vermicelli till golden brown colour. Then remove it from pan.

Take same pan again add sugar and water make sugar syrup. Boil it 3 min in medium flame (approx).

Then add roasted vermicelli in it. Mix it well. Add some dry fruits in it.

Remove it from pan and serve it in bowl. Garnish it with grated coconut, raisins & some dry fruits.
