Ingredients

  • 250 gmgreen chillies
  • as neededSonf
  • as neededRai
  • as neededTurmeric powder
  • as neededSalt
  • as neededAjjwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the green chillies and dry it well

  2. 2

    Make a cut on the middle of green chilli

  3. 3

    Mix all the masalas sonf,ajjwain etc.

  4. 4

    Then stuff the masala into all green chillies

  5. 5

    Left two three days and mix it at regular intervals

  6. 6

    After 3 days ready to eat
