Ingredients

  1. 1 cup&1-1/2 tbsp besan or gramflour
  2. as required Oil for fring
  3. 1 tbspghee for tadka
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1/2 cupcurd
  7. 7-8curry leaves
  8. 2whole red chillies
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/4 tsprai
  11. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  12. 2chopped green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add cup of besan,salt, green chillies.make smooth lumps free batter.(Little bit thick) keep aside.After 10 mins heat oil in kadhai put small amount of batter in oil or badiya.fry it

    In a big utensil add 1-1/2tspn besan, turmeric powder, 3_4,tbsp water make lumps free batter now add whipped curd mix well add.2- 3 cup water.put on gas stove stir continues until it boils.Cook for 7-8 mins more to on slow flame. Now add pakuri. Cover with lid.

    Take a tadka pan add ghee when it warm add red chillies,cumins seeds,rai & asafoetida lastly add curry leaves.Pour this tadka on kadhi. Serve with rice.

Add garlic and use some curry leaves in at the time of cooking kadhi
