6large tomatoes
3large zucchini
2 clovesgarlic, minced, for cooking
6whole garlic cloves, unpeeled, for baking
Mozzarella cheese
1yellow bell pepper

Steps

Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.

Once the vegetables are well cooked, drain any excess liquid.

Transfer to a baking dish and add the garlic and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 425–445°F (220–230°C) until nicely browned on top.
