  • Minced meat
  • Spices
  • Tomatoes
  • Red pepper
  • Onions
  • G/nut oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry grated red pepper and onions in a little g/nut oil

  2. 2

    Add in 3 cups of water and the spices with a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Add in minced meat and allow to cook for 15 mins

  4. 4

    Then add in the spag and cook for 25 mins
