Yes!! Flavour of Banana and Peanut with a khara twist (with a mild flavour of Jeera), a flavour punch on your taste buds.. A perfect snack at tea-time.

Steps

Roast peanuts

Peel it off and keep aside.

In a bowl, mix maida, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Sift it till the lumps are gone

Now mix the wet ingredients. Take butter in a bowl.

Beat butter till it's light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and beat again. Mix it well

Add in egg and beat well.

Take bananas and mash it completely with fork

Now crush those roasted peanuts. Add mashed bananas, peanuts and milk into a butter mixture. And beat well.

Now go on adding maida mixture spoon by spoon and beat it till all the ingredients mix well.

Add roasted cumin and mix well with spatula

Preheat oven oven at 350°F. Grease the baking tray and spread the mixture over it. And bake it for 15-20 minutes

Hot and spiced banana peanut cake is ready to serve..

Serve it with tea or coffee..
