Wash and parboil your rice, add little salt and oil to get a starch free rice. Strain and keep aside. Blend your pepper tomatoes and onion, on a high flame put your pot on fire, add oil and add the blended paste, let it simmer add your spices turn and put off.

Wash your gizzard and cut then deep fry. Add it to the pot of your pepper puree and stir on low heat add a little water and put in your rice sprinkle some salt and turn then cover to simmer.

Boil you corn and egg till cooked, strain cut your cabbage and carrots saute on a pan with little butter and cool.

Wash your fish with vinegar and remove all dirt, slice thinly for marinade shallow fry, strain excess oil and add your garlic/ginger paste then ground Scott bonnet and grated onion and stir with seasoning.

Plate your rice and garnish with corn veggies, sliced egg and tomatoes and pepperd fish.
