Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsMilk
  2. 2 spoonsgulkand
  3. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  4. 1 tspcorn flour
  5. 3/4 cupmilk made(condensed milk)
  6. 50 gramsvermicelli thin
  7. 1/2 cupsugar
  8. as requiredPistachio power for garnish
  9. 1 tspghee
  10. as requiredStrawberry plup for plating

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take 1 heavy bottom pan add milk gulkand milkmaid, 1cup milk powder and corn flour.

  2. 2

    Now open gas flame cook it until it thickens and continue stirring, now off Gas flame cool this rabdi.

  3. 3

    Now take a non-stick pan open gas flame put one spoon ghee. Put vermicelli stir it now add sugar and 1/2 cup milk powder cook it for two minutes and cool it down.

  4. 4

    Take any cupcake mould now put layers first vermicelli than rabadi vermicelli rabdi vermicelli and power pistachio it is ready for serving.
