I have tried to make healthy version of mini pizzas with semolina base. It's nutritious and scrumptious too.

I have tried to make healthy version of mini pizzas with semolina base. It's nutritious and scrumptious too.
Steps

First mix semolina,curd salt and water. Make pouring consistency liquid of it. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now heat mini uttapam pan and pour liquid in each cavity and fill half of each. Low the flame.Now sprinkle veggies on each cavity and keep cheese slice on top.

Lid the pan and let cheese melt for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes unload the pan and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top. Pour little sauce on top too. Serve mini pizzas with any sauce of your choice.

Enjoy yummy and delectable mini pizzas.
