Cooking Instructions

Soak the chole overnight.. Take a pressure cooker add soaked chole sliced one onion, 1 teaspoon sliced ginger, 3 green chilli, 1 teaspoon salt and water as required.. Give 3 whistles and keep it aside Upto the pressure of the cooker is become neutral..

Now take a pan add 2 table spoon mustard oil heat it then add 1 bay leaf, 2 dried red chilli, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 green cardamom saute them for 30 second.. Then add sliced one tomato, one sliced medium onion and one cube sized potato fry for 10 minutes then add chicken pieces and fry it with the spice for again 20 minutes..

Then add 1 teaspoon salt, half teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin paste, 1 teaspoon garam masala paste, 1 coriander paste, 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.. Mix all the spices well and fry them for 15 minutes..

Now add the boiled chole with it's spiced water.. Mix it well with the spices and cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 20 minutes then add 1 table spoon lemon juice.. Spicy Chole chicken is ready to be served..
