Steps

First make botton red chilli paste,for paste soak chilli in hot water for 2hours with 5-6tbsp 2ater depends on the quantity of chillis than griend red chiilis and make paste.

Now add all spices on chicken and marinate for 2hours.

Now take anon stick pan and add chicken and cover for 5minute now dry all water of chicken on medium to high flame.

When water dry let it cool down.

Now heat oil in a pan a add chicken a fry until golden brown.

Serve with green chilli chutney,ketchup or raita.
