Aub boil dalon main gosht add kar ke khub acha sa ghot lein aur pani garam kar ke apne hisab sy daleem ghara kar lein aur slow flame par 1 hour ke liye mazeed paka lein

Aub daleem par garam masala, jayefal, jawetri dal kar mix krein aur 1 cup oil garam kar ke ek piyaz brown kar ke ye tarka daleem par dal dein mazedar daleem ready hai
