2 Flour
1,3/4 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Thick malai
2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Cold milk

Steps

Preheat the oven at 180° and prepare 8"cake tin.

Take malai and sugar in a bowl and mix well with light hand.

Sieve the flour,baking powder,soda 2-3 times and keep aside.

Gradually add half milk and half flour to malai and keep stirring to mix.

Add essence and stir again.

Transfer to pan and bake it for 40 minutes.
