Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsbhindi or Okra
  2. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1/4 tsphaldi
  4. 1 tspchaat masala
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. As requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and dry the bhindi. Trim the head and tail, then chop.

    Mix the bhindi, red chilli powder, haldi, and chaat masala in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and deep fry the bhindi till they are brown and crispy. Sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice before you serve (optional).
