Spinach salad
A very simple nutritious recipe!

Here are the ingredients

Wash your spinach thoroughly and add it to a pot. Add little salt to further remove any impurities

Allow it to boil for some minutes and remove it from fire. Drain it and keep it aside
- 4
In a pan, add little oil and your grated pepper, onions and scotch bonnets before adding in your spices
- 5
Mix everything and stir fry a little before adding in your spinach and stir fry
- 6
Slice some onions and when the spinach is almost done, add it and keep stirring for about 5mins

Your spinach is ready

It can be served with white rice, jallof rice, boiled yam or potatoes and it can also be eaten alone
