Papaya sauce

My uncle really dont like pawpaw, so this wonderful Sunday afternoon, his wife bought pawpaw and told him that it was gonna be fruit for lunch ... You needed to see the look on his face ... So i started thinking of what i could do with the pawpaw for him to taste it and know that its a nice fruit.,... So since i was about cooking Sunday rice and stew for the house ... I decided to experiment a little with the pawpaw and it turned out fantastic even though i made it without oil..... ..... Now i have given myself work that i cannot finish .... I make the sauce nothing less than 3 times a week.....but it actually wonderful
