Ingredients

  • 1full yam (cut it into smaller piece)
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion
  • Seasoning
  • Red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean pot add red oil, onion and fry fr about 30secs.

  2. 2

    Now add ur scotch bonnet and fry for 1min.. Pour in water add ur desired spices and seasoning cover and allow to boil...

  3. 3

    When water is boiling pour in your Yam mix in well and let it cook.. Till yam is soft and tender..

  4. 4

    When is soft get a wood spoon and mash it gently.. Or you can as well just leave it like dat without mashing it. Serve hot and enjoy!!! 😛😛😛
