Ingredients

  • Eggplants 3 to 4 medium
  • Onion 1 small size
  • Green chilli 2 medium
  • Coriander leaves 10 to 12
  • 1/2 tbspSalt
  • 1/4 tbspRed chilli
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • Zeera 1 tb spoon
  • Gingerpowder 1/4t spn
  • Haldi 1/ 4 t spn

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash 🍆 and cut in circle slices cut in center

    Mix all spices

    Apply on 🍆

    Take oil on fry pan and put 1 by 1 pc of cutted eggplant and

    Nw add all remaining Veggies on fring eggplant

    And cover them properly and cook for 10 to 15 mints on very low flame and serve with chapati or rice
