Ingredients

  • 4small potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1.1 lbsground pork (or mixed)
  • 1.1 lbsgreen tomatillos
  • 2serrano peppers (optional)
  • 1/2onion
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Cilantro to taste
  • 1 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder
  • as neededVegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cumin to taste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the tomatillos with the onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Let cool slightly and blend with the cooking water, cilantro, 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of ground cumin, and a little salt. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Once it starts to brown, add the potatoes, lower the heat, and cover.

  4. 4

    Stir occasionally, and once the potatoes are soft, add the tomato sauce.

  5. 5

    Check the seasoning and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, and it's ready.

  6. 6

    In a pot, add a little oil and fry the meat.
