Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1kl pink salmon head
  2. 1 pcwhite onion
  3. 4 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 tbspginger
  5. 1mustasa
  6. 1small labanos
  7. 2tomatoes
  8. 1sinigang sa miso mix
  9. 1 tspbrown sugar
  10. 4 tbspFish sauce
  11. 3 pcssiling haba
  12. 2 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute ginger, onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Make sure to crush the tomatoes.

    Add 3 cups rice water or water and bring to boil for 3 mins.

  3. 3

    Add labanos, sinigang mix, sugar, fish sauce, siling haba and continue to boil for 5-10 mins

  4. 4

    Add salmon head and continue to boil until cooked.(cooked= Eyes out)

  5. 5

    Add mustasa until cooked. Do not cover.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.

i have gerd thay's why i want to discover recipes that are gerd friendly (if possible, food without onions, garlic, tomatoes, and less oil). but sometimes i cook (not gerd friendly food) accdg to my mood (for my husband)😂
