Ingredients

  1. 2 lbbangus (milkfish), sliced
  2. 1/2 cupwhite or yellow miso
  3. 1 bunchmustard leaves
  4. 2 1/2 tbspfish sauce
  5. 3 mediumtomatoes, sliced
  6. 1 1/4 oztamarind soup mix
  7. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  8. 2green chili
  9. 6 cupwater
  10. 2 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking pot and pour in cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Put the onions in when the oil becomes hot, and saute for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the miso and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Put in the fish sauce and water, then stir. Bring to a boil.

  5. 5

    Add the tomatoes and the tamarind soup mix. Cook for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Put in the long green chilis and bangus (milkfish). Cook for 15-18 minutes in low heat.

  7. 7

    Finally, add the mustard leaves and turn off the heat. Cover the pot and let the residual heat cook the greens.

    Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve. Enjoy!
