Steps

  1. 1

    Fry oil with pepper, onion, and scotch bonnet. After frying them pour water, seasoning and spices allow it to boil for about 10 minutes. Wash your rice and pour it into the pot. After your beans is half cooked, sieved it and pour into the rice and allow it to cooked.
