Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsoaked split bengal gram(chana daal)
  • 1/2 cupsoaked split black gram(urad dal)
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2 tspGinger paste
  • 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspasafoetida
  • 1/2 tspcumin seed
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the both daal in a grinder to make fine paste.

  2. 2

    Add chopped online, coriander, chilli-ginger-garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Add cumin seed,salt and all spices together and mix well.

  4. 4

    In a pan heat oil and put likhte little portion of paste in it with the help of spoon.

  5. 5

    Fry it until it turn golden brown.

  6. 6

    Chana dal pakodas are ready.

  7. 7

    Serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
