Baigan Bhaja
Steps

Cut brinjal in to 1cm thicknes slice.

Take bowl, combine the chilli powder,lemon juice, turmeric, salt and dry mango powder juice mix well.

Mix the spice mix with the slices of brinjal. completely coat the Brinjal by masala.

Heat oil in pan. Add the brinjal slices to the oil in the pan, arranging them in a single layer.

Fry them on a low medium heat. Cook them from both side until sufficiently golden on both sides.

Serve immediately baigan bhaja.
