Whosayna’s Seekh Kebab Wraps

Arabian Roti: Mix ingredients well, then bind soft dough using hot water

Then knead well till dough is soft

Let it rise till it's double in size

Punch back make small balls, roll each into roti
- 5
Can either use ghee to apply or keep it dry

Seekh Kebabs: Blend together yogurt, coriander, onion and mint leaves, green chillies, all spices, salt and oil

Double mince the mince meat, mix the yogurt mixture with it and marinate for three hours

Shape in seekh kebabs and arrange on tray

Put in skewers then char grill till done (or can just use thin net rack if not using skewers)

Salad: Shredd thin jullienes of the above

Add either cheese dip or mayonnaise with little hot sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well or use tamarind and hot sauce

How to make wraps: Lay one roti and put a tablespoon of salad mixture evenly then lay seekh kebab can put lettuce on sides too, roll as wraps
