Rinse the pork bones and blanch them. Simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes until the broth turns white.

Sauté minced garlic and brown sugar until fragrant. Add the braised minced pork and stir-fry. Pour in soy sauce and 2 cups water (480 ml), then continue to cook until flavorful. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the yellow noodles.

Blanch the bean sprouts and garlic chives briefly in boiling water.

To serve, place the noodles and vegetables in a bowl, pour the hot broth over them, and add the toppings.
