Heat oil in pan add the whole spices jeera, laung, kala mirch, elaichi & bay leaf. Fry till aromatic, add onions fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste fry for few mins.

Add haldi powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala stir fry the masala, add the chopped tomatoes cook till tomatoes are mashed.

Add the chopped palak, salt and mix well with the masala. Cover and cook till done.

Shallow fry the paneer pieces and add to the palak gravy. Simmer for 10 mins
