Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice washed and soaked
  2. 1 1/2 cup veggies(potato, carrot,peas, onion, capsicum)
  3. 2 tspgaram masala
  4. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/4 tspsugar
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds and cumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tsphing

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker take oil add mustard, cumin, hing, turmeric, and all veggies and give a mix.

    Add red chilli powder,garam masala, coriander powder and saute 1 min.

  3. 3

    Add rice salt, sugar, water just above rice level and pressure cook for 1 whistle.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve hot.
