Ingredients

3-Serving
  1. For Zunka:-
  2. 3/4-Cup besan
  3. 1-onion finely chopped
  4. 1-tomato finely chopped
  5. 1-tbsp grated garlic
  6. 1-green chilled chopped
  7. 6-7curry leaves
  8. 1/2-cup chopped methi Bhaji
  9. 1-tbsp chopped coriander
  10. 2-tbsp chopped spring onion
  11. 1-tsp cumin
  12. 1-tsp mustard
  13. 1/2-tsp asafoetida
  14. 1/2-tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1-tsp red chilli powder
  16. 2-tsp dhania jeera powder
  17. 2-tbsp oil
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. For Bhakar:-
  20. 1-cup Jowar atta
  21. 1-tbsp methi chopped
  22. 1-tbsp spring onion
  23. 1-tbsp green garlic chopped
  24. Salt as per taste

Steps

    Heat a pan add oil,cumin, mustard, when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric, dhaniajeera powder, red chilli powder, green Chili curry leaves saute it and add garlic onion and stir for awhile and add methi, spring onion & tomato mix well add water when starts bubbling besan dissolved in water and stir continuously on slow flame add salt mix well cover with lid cook for awhile

    For bhakar mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough with water. Make bhakar by tapping with hand and cook on both sides on slow flame apply ghee and serve hot with zunka, green chili, sliced onion & butter milk.
