Heat a pan add oil,cumin, mustard, when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric, dhaniajeera powder, red chilli powder, green Chili curry leaves saute it and add garlic onion and stir for awhile and add methi, spring onion & tomato mix well add water when starts bubbling besan dissolved in water and stir continuously on slow flame add salt mix well cover with lid cook for awhile

For bhakar mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough with water. Make bhakar by tapping with hand and cook on both sides on slow flame apply ghee and serve hot with zunka, green chili, sliced onion & butter milk.
