Ingredients

  1. 12 pcmedium cut chicken
  2. 1/2 kgor 4 cup rice Kaima rice
  3. 2 tspGinger garlic chopped
  4. 1Big Onion
  5. 6green chilli chopped
  6. 2Tomatoes medium chopped
  7. 2 inchRamba leaves
  8. 4 tspCoconut grinded
  9. 4nuts
  10. 4cloves
  11. 4 cinnamon
  12. 4cardamom
  13. 1 1/2 tspchilli powder
  14. 1 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  15. 1/2 tspturmeric
  16. 2 tspFenugreek powder
  17. 1 1/2 tspbiryani masala
  18. 2 tsp ghee
  19. 1 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a biriyani pot and heat it. Add 1spn ghee and oil.

    Add ginger garlic & chilly. Sauté it for 2 mins. Add sliced onion sauté it until turn it in to lightbrown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes.cinnamon clove cardamom ramba and bay leaves

  4. 4

    Add chilli,coriander, fenugreek powder,Garam masala, turmeric,biriyani, powders. Add chicken and salt mix it well

  5. 5

    Add nut & coconut paste. Close the lid. When it is half cooked add rice and mix it well

  6. 6

    Add 6 1/2 cup boiled water and add salt. Close lid and cook for 3 min in medium flame. Add ghee and mix well. Add fried onion if needed. Turn to min flame and cook for 10 to 15 mins. Spl biriyani ready to serve
