Steps

Mix all first ingredients with mash potatoes.

Take a small pan put two tablespoon of oil and temper the tempering ingredients

Then pour it in potato mixture.

Mix well and make balls.
- 5
Make thick batter using water with batter ingredients.
- 6
Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry to golden brown, put five at a go.
- 7
NB: Can flatten the potato balls and follow the rest of the steps, and use for vada paavs
